Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co advises Evonile Pharma on ₹1,250 crore acquisition of Minipress and Minipres brands from Pfizer
Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co (SAM) advised Evonile Pharma Limited on its acquisition of the 'Minipress' and 'Minipres' brands in India from Pfizer. The deal was worth an aggregate consideration of approximately ₹1,250 crores.
The transaction was signed and closed on September 7, 2026. SAM advised Evonile Pharma Limited on all aspects of the transaction.
The transaction was led by Karun Prakash and Anant Dang (Partners), along with Veena Sivaramakrishnan, J.V.
